House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-MI) introduced yesterday the Jobs for America Act (H.R. 4), which includes several tax provisions already passed by the House, such as a permanent tax credit for research and development, permanent bonus depreciation, and other provisions that expired at the end of 2013.  Additionally, the bill contains a provision to repeal the medical device tax in the Affordable Care Act.
