Marouani demanded a compensation of 75 million rubles from the singer, but the French singer faced a number of difficulties.
Didier Marouani decided to file a lawsuit for the second time in March 2019; the amount of claim is 272 million rubles.
The conflict between the singers was ended in March 2019. The Moscow court ruled that Phillip Kirkorov did not violate the copyright of Didier Marouani.
