Today, the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 3900 applicants with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 445 or higher to apply for permanent residence. This is the second time this year that this many invitations were issued. The high CRS score is a reflection of the distribution of the Express Entry pool where the competition remains strong among those with scores between 441 and 450. Today’s draw marks the 101st round of invitations since Express Entry came into force.
