AMA (New Town) Limited V. Paul McKenna

Appeal to the Sheriff Principal on whether the seller of property (on being told that the purchaser did not intend to proceed with the purchase despite concluded missives) was entitled to a straightforward decree for payment of the purchase price rather than a decree for specific implement of the missives. The Sheriff Principal, sustaining the appeal, found that the seller was not entitled to a straightforward decree for payment.
