By way of opinion No. 2012038953 of 2012, the Superintendency of Finance concluded that (i) not supplying copy of the contract or (ii) not making available to the customer all the relevant information so that he may choose the most suitable offer or the one that best meets its needs, are unfair practices by entities under surveillance. Entities under surveillance can meet these obligations by ensuring either one of the two options, with hard copies or via Internet.
