Pursuant to rulings issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs on May 20 and 23, 2013, a company and its shareholder service agent shall not refuse to provide shareholders meeting minutes, balance sheet, shareholders roaster, and counterfoil of corporate bonds to a supervisor at his/her requests if the supervisor is exercising the right as a supervisor pursuant to Article 218 of the Company Act.  However, as the supervisor owes a fiduciary duty to the company and is under the obligation of exercising due care of a good administrator, the supervisor shall keep in confidence all information acquired or learned by him/her when exercising the supervisor’s right.
