Five companies, fined on 23 June 2010 for participation in a bathroom equipment price-fixing cartel, have lodged appeals before the General Court. Duravit, which was fined over €29m, claims that the Commission failed to provide adequate evidence of its participation in the cartel and alleges various breaches of its rights of defence. Rubinetteria Cisal, claims it had no participation and it only exchanged non-sensitive business information already available in the market. Wabco Europe, formally owned by Ideal Standard, claims the Commission committed procedural errors and that it failed to respect its own partial immunity decision. Teorema and Mamoli claim infringements of their rights of defence.
