Andrew Bailey has become the new FCA Chief Executive with effect from 1 July 2016. Mr Bailey’s appointment was announced in January 2016 and he replaces Tracey McDermott who was FCA acting Chief Executive. All FCA staff ultimately report to the Chief Executive Officer, with the exception of the FCA Chair's immediate staff, the Director of Internal Audit and the Company Secretary.
