The High Court has ruled against the application that Barclays employees, named in the LIBOR investigation, made to remain anonymous in the case brought by Guardian Care Homes for Barclays’ mis-selling of a LIBOR-linked interest-rate swap. The court found that the principles of open justice cannot be disapplied to avoid reputational harm to persons who are not party to the case. (Source: Graiseley Properties Ltd. v.
