The initial exclusions granted for List 1 ($34 billion) on December 28, 2018 are set to expire December 28, 2019. Requests to extend the expiration date on these initial granted exclusions are being accepted through November 30, 2019 (84 FR 58427 of 10/31/2019).
Request forms are located under Docket USTR-2019-0019 at www.regulations.gov. The USTR will individually evaluate each exclusion comment and request for extension based on the information submitted.
