The National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) has published its latest version of the NPDB Guidebook in proposed form. The guidebook has been revised to reflect the following:

  • Legislative and regulatory changes adopted since the last edition of the guidebook;
  • More and clearer examples of when and how to report and query;
  • More useful tables explaining Data Bank policies; and
  • Live links to statutes, regulations and the NPDB website.
