The proposal includes a right to use storage facilities and pipeline storage as well as related additional services. Parties would negotiate on the terms of use.

The right to use liquefied natural gas treatment plants would be founded on regulated provisions based on corresponding rules as is the case with access rights.

Unlike the monitoring of networks, natural gas market monitoring would not rely on setting tariff calculation methodologies for predetermined periods of time. Instead it has been proposed that, the Energy Market Authority would confirm the tariffs for the right of use of the relevant equipment for a maximum of two years at a time.
