Simplified Corporate Information (IES)
The Tax Authorities have announced, on the Portal das Finanças, that the software program for submission of IES/DA (annual statement) is available from 14 June 2016 and, since the program for submission of the statement for the year 2015 has been made available slightly later than it was in the previous year, it was determined that the IES/DA could be submitted up to 22 July 2016, without any penalties.
Financial Information Communication Regulation
By order No. 150/2016-XXI, from the Secretary of State for Fiscal Affairs, the deadline for the financial institutions communicate to Tax Authorities the data and information required by the Financial Information Communication Regulation was extended to the last day of September 2016.
