European data protection laws are set for the biggest shake up in 20 years. Find out how the new General Data Protection Regulation will impact your business and what you can do to prepare.

The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into effect this year, when it will replace all national data protection laws across Europe, including the 1998 Data Protection Act.

Who will be affected? All organisations in the European Union. Non-European organisations that provide goods and services in Europe.

The deadline for compliance is 25 May 2018.

We strongly recommend you start to prepare now to assess, plan and implement the likely changes to procedures and systems that will be required.
