The Commission has launched a call for evidence on the Investor Compensation Directive. It wants views on how the ICD works in practice and specifically seeks views on its scope, the amount of compensation and funding arrangements. It also asks for evidence on some more technical aspects and deals with issues related to the treatment of money market funds. The Commission wants evidence by 20 March.
