The Central Bank has published the latest edition of its AIFMD Q&A document.The updated AIFMD Q & A is available on the Central Bank website.This 5th Edition includes a new question (ID 1065) which provides information on when and how Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) which meet certain criteria do not need to seek authorisation as or appoint an AIFM, for as long as ESMA is still considering the issue.
