The report, China and the U.S. Economy: Advancing a Winning Trade Agenda, outlines its top agenda items as intellectual property protection; the reduction of regulatory and market access barriers; and the removal of favoritism toward Chinese companies that can make it difficult for foreign companies to compete on an even playing field.
