FSCP has responded to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development's (OECD) consultation on the G20 High Level Principles of Financial Consumer Protection. FSCP calls for a duty of care on financial firms towards customers. It also recommends an independent professional standards body and ethical code for bankers.
