This Bill is an omnibus Bill that would amend thirty statutes, including the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009, the Companies Act 1993, the Telecommunications Act 2001, and the Unit Titles Act 2010. Statutes Amendment Bills are vehicles for technical, short, and non-controversial amendments to a range of Acts. The Standing Orders provide that any clause in the Bill will be struck out if any member objects to it in the committee of the whole House.


Family Court Proceedings Reform Bill
