The deadline for employers with 250 or more employees to publish details of their 2018 gender pay gap was 4 April 2019. Following that deadline, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) commenced formal investigations against six organisations that had missed the deadline. The EHRC has reported that all six organisations have now reported their figures and entered into formal legal agreements, committing them to report on time for the next five years.
