The SECEX Circular # 29/2013, published in the Federal Gazette of 6/10/2013, extends for up to six months, as of 7/9/2013, the period for conclusion of the anti-dumping investigation on exports to Brazil of continuous filament nylon yarns (polyamide 6 and 6.6), lower than 50 tex, any number of filament, profile or hue (bright, dull or semi-dull), flat or texturized, not twisted or having less than 50 twists per meter, dyed, raw or bleached, except for yarns with high toughness, normally classified under items 5402.31.11, 5402.31.19 and 5402.45.20 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM), from the People's Republic of China, Republic of Korea, Kingdom of Thailand and Chinese Taipei, initiated by means of the Secex Circular # 32/2012.

Furthermore, the Secex Circular # 27/2013, published in the Federal Gazette of 6/3/2013, extends for up to six months, as of 6/25/2013, the period for conclusion of the anti-dumping investigation on exports to Brazil of new rubber bias tires used in motorcycles, normally classified under item 4011.40.00 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM), from the Kingdom of Thailand, People's Republic of China, Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Chinese Taipei.
 
Finally, the Secex Circular # 33/2013, published in the Federal Gazette of 6/21/2013, also extends for up to six months, as of 7/20/2013, the period for conclusion of the anti-dumping investigation on exports to Brazil of new rubber tires for passenger vehicles, normally classified under item 4011.10.00 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM), from South Korea, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, and Ukraine.
