Following the successful introduction of electronic filing last year, the Trademark Office in Kuwait has upgraded the online registration platform to include a preapproved list of goods/services.
This update means that, as of December 2018, applicants must claim items exactly as listed in the 10th edition of the Nice Classification or select all good/services listed in the class. Any additions or modifications to the specification of goods/services that broaden the scope as originally filed are not allowed.
