This timetable generally involves stakeholder hearings and drafting legislative language in April and May, marking up legislation in the appropriate Committees in June, and holding Committee and floor votes some time before the August Congressional recess. Yesterday, the Senate Finance Committee held the first of three roundtables to discuss health care reform issues.
