Former General Counsel of TTP Communications Christopher McQuoid, and his father-in-law, James William Melbourne have been ordered to pay £180,000 in costs and disgorgement of profits. Mr McQuoid will pay £40,000 in respect of profits disgorgement, and £30,000 in respect of FSA prosecution costs. Mr Melbourne will pay £60,000 in respect of profits disgorgement, plus £50,000 for the FSA's prosecution costs. The case against Mr McQuoid and Mr Melbourne was the FSA's first successful criminal insider dealing prosecution.
