Under the amendments to the Serbian Labor Act adopted in mid-2014, as of 1 January 2016 Employment Booklets (a public document containing information on employee’s education and work experience) shall cease to exist and will be replaced by an e-register.

The Employment Booklets will still be regarded as official proof of employment records for the period before 2016. The main body for archiving the information on individuals’ employment history and records shall be the Central Registry of Mandatory Social Insurance (http://www.croso.gov.rs/lat/).
