The FSA has published Consultation Paper 09/7: Regulatory fees and levies: Rates proposals 2009/10 (CP09/7).
CP09/7 is the FSA’s annual consultation on regulatory fees and levies. The FSA is consulting on the fees and levies that it intends to raise for itself, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) in 2009/10.
Some of the proposals in CP09/7 require comment by 9 March 2009 and others by 6 April 2009.
