The Regulation Amending the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Official Deeds Issued by Land Registries was published in the Official Gazette dated 08 July 2019 and numbered 30825. Accordingly, the new regulation has abolished:
i. The requirement to attach photos to official deeds for transactions to be carried out by real persons or their representatives before the land registry, and
ii. The requirement to attach photos to power of attorneys issued by legal entities for transactions to be carried out before the land registry.
All of the provisions mentioned above entered into force on 8 July 2019.
