On April 4, 2018, the Department of State (State) published in the Federal Register a notice [Public Notice: 10372] proposing to extend the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of United States of America and the Government of the People’s Republic of China Concerning the Imposition of Import Restrictions on Categories of Archaeological Material from the Paleolithic Period through the Tang Dynasty and Monumental Sculpture and Wall Art at Least 250 Years Old.
