On 2 November 2007 the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) issued a press release stating that it had put into place a number of systems and databases to facilitate the flow of transaction reports amongst the members of CESR and the publication of a consolidated list of systematic internalisers.

There are now 3 databases that are accessible to users and these are:

  • A consolidated European list of systematic internalisers.
  • A database of shares admitted to trading on EU regulated markets which assists market participants to identify liquid shares.
  • A database of regulated markets, multilateral trading facilities and other central counterparties.
