Today, the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 3,350 applicants with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 452 or higher to apply for permanent residence.

The 3,350 Invitations To Apply (ITAs) issued in today’s draw brings 2019's ITA total to 21,200. This is the fourth consecutive draw where 3,350 ITAs were issued. This CRS score for this draw was slightly lower than the last draw – a drop of 5 points.

Today’s draw marks the 113th round of invitations since Express Entry came into force and with that, IRCC have applied it's tie-break rule with the time stamp of February 7, 2019 at 9:59:25 UTC.

This simply means that all candidates with a CRS score of 452 or higher, and those candidates with a score of 452 or above who have previously entered their profile in the Express Entry pool before the selected date and time, will receive an invitation in this round.
