According to a statement by law firms representing a class of plaintiffs in an aftermarket automotive lighting antitrust suit, direct purchasers of these products may be entitled to a cash payment from a partial class action settlement. Direct purchasers must have bought products from one of the following companies between July 29, 2001, and February 10, 2009: Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co. Ltd.; E-Lite Automotive, Inc.; TYC Brother Industrial Co. Ltd.; Genera Corp., Depo Auto Parts Industrial Co. Ltd.; Maxzone Vehicle Lighting Corp.; Sabry Lee (U.S.A.), Inc.; and/or Sabry Lee Ltd. It is believed that direct purchasers who will recover from the settlement will primarily be parts distributors.
