OCC Reduces Fee Schedule Rates for 2020 Calendar Year

The OCC is reducing fee schedule rates by 10 percent for the upcoming 2020 calendar year.

According to the OCC, the rate reduction is in addition to the previous 10 percent reduction in the General Assessment Fee Schedule rates that the OCC implemented at the beginning of the 2019 calendar year. The rate reduction for the upcoming calendar year reflects what the OCC identified as "increased operating efficiencies that the agency has achieved over the last several years."

The reduced rates will become effective beginning on January 1, 2020, and will be reflected in assessments paid on March 31, 2020 and September 30, 2020.
