ICE Futures Europe has revised its guidances related to block trades, exchange for related position transactions and ICE Brent Index Conflicts of Interest to reflect implementation of the Market Abuse Regulation in the European Union on July 3. In general, MAR includes prohibitions for insider dealing and market manipulation and provisions to prevent and detect violations.
