FSB has published reports it submitted to the Pittsburgh Summit on:

  • improving financial regulation: this paper explains measures already underway to strengthen or reform capital, liquidity, accounting and compensation standards, reduce the moral hazard of systemically important institutions, expand financial system oversight, relaunch securitisation on a sound basis and promote adherence to international standards; and
  • progress in implementing the London Summit measures: the paper looks at international cooperation, prudential regulation, macroprudential frameworks and tools, the scope of regulation (including sections on hedge funds and OTC and other unregulated products), compensation, CRAs and strengthening accounting and regulatory standards.

The G20 leaders also endorsed FSB's founding Charter.
