On July 2-4, 2019, the Partner of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan offices of GRATA International, Nurlan Kyshtobaev, participated in the 2nd annual International PPP Finance Summit 2019 in London.
The forum explored various lending strategies, ways to mobilize private capital, perspectives of all stakeholders involved and discussed the evolving relationships in emerging markets and PPPs in transitions economies. The forum brought together policy makers in the infrastructure investment, financing and professional service experts and decision makers in the PPP and infrastructure ecosystem across the world.
Nurlan Kyshtobaev took part in one of the panel discussions and covered the questions of the status of developing the regulatory framework and the first PPP projects to be procured in 2019.
