BirdEye and Clio integration enables law firms to automatically get new reviews to attract new clients

Today, BirdEye formally announces its partnership with Clio, the leader in cloud-based legal practice management. With this new integration option with BirdEye, Clio customers will have the ability to automatically send review requests to clients when legal work is completed.

Customer reviews shape a law firm’s online profile and ultimately impacts search results. According to The National Law Review, 96% of people seeking legal advice use a search engine like Google and 62% of legal searches are non-branded (e.g. “lawyer in San Francisco”). Before this integration, lawyers using Clio would have to manually encourage clients to write reviews. For a busy law firm where lawyers are wearing many hats, this critical piece of the business can often get overlooked or forgotten.

With the BirdEye integration, lawyers can now automatically send review requests to their clients when matters are closed within Clio. BirdEye automatically sends customizable review requests via email or SMS based on the preferences set within the BirdEye dashboard. With customizable timing, branding, and content, Clio lawyers will be able to get new reviews and improve ratings on sites like Google and Avvo without lifting a finger.
