The Canadian Securities Administrators have announced that they now intend to report the results of their continuous disclosure review program every second year, rather than annually as had previously been their practice. As such, the next CSA Staff Notice discussing the results of the review program will be published for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018. Notwithstanding the longer publication schedule, the CSA emphasize that they will continue to maintain a rigorous review program and remind market participants that guidance provided for past years is still relevant.
