FCA has published the sixth edition of the Primary Market Bulletin. This edition announces future guidance on sponsors' management of conflicts of interest, and also refers to the new FCA powers relating to the supervision and discipline of sponsors. It also updates on changes made to the Knowledge Base following recent consultations on several procedural and technical notes. Against the background of the fine to Prudential for failure to deal with the regulator in an open and cooperative manner during the early stages of a significant transaction, FCA is also consulting on guidance on Listing Principle 6.
