Bullying has been a hot-button topic for several years now, usually in a school or childhood environment. More recently, however, bullying has become scrutinized in the workplace. It’s only a matter of time before litigation ensues wherein businesses are held liable for either the bullying of employees, or the approval — explicit or tacit — of one employee bullying another. When these cases hit, there will be the potential for liability exposure. This is good reason for every business to review its insurance policy to determine whether or not there would be coverage for a bullying lawsuit.

“I find the articles on the Lexology newsfeed very relevant and up to date on a variety of topics of interest to my areas of practice. The authors are reliable and current on the topics about which they opine. Even when several law firms write on the same topic, I can often glean new viewpoints and perspectives from the different firms. The headings are also helpful because they briefly and accurately describe the topic and enable me to quickly and efficiently decide what I may or may not want to read in more detail."
