Robert Murray, founder and CEO of Beachwood-based Murray Energy Corp., announced last seek that he is suing former Chesapeake Energy Corp. executive Aubrey McClendon for violating the Ohio Deceptive Trade Practices Act and the Ohio Common Law of Unfair Competition, The Intelligencer/Wheeling News-Registerreports.
