Lack of sufficient manpower drives pressure for salary increases

Since 2010, salary levels (both nominal and real) have increased at a significant rate. The Ministry of Finance forecasts that wages will continue to rise by 6.1% in 2015, 6.4% in 2016 and 6.5% in 2017.

The increase in salary levels has caused, among other things, a reduction in employment claims initiated by employees, but an increase in litigation initiated by employers.
