The last episode in our Construction Defects podcast series examines the position of Housing Associations and other landlords of large property portfolios.
As well examining the position of Housing Associations, they explore the increasing scrutiny on construction defects in residential properties (including those with features of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)), the health and safety and regulatory requirements faced by property owners, and how these relate to the types of construction defects often revealed by insured events (such as fires, or water escapes).
The podcast will highlight the methods of investigating such defects and determining a proper remedial scheme.
