The House of Lords has held a debate on the amendments made to the Bank of England and Financial Services Bill 2015-16 by the House of Commons and has accepted all of the Commons’ amendments. This means that, as both Houses of Parliament have now agreed on the text of the Bill, the Bill can proceed to Royal Assent.  During the debate it was noted that the government intends to consult on regulations implementing the Fourth Money Laundering Directive in the second half of 2016, at some point "after July".
