UK government technical notices

Given the continued uncertainty surrounding the basis upon which the UK will leave the EU, the UK government has been continuing to prepare for the possibility of a no-deal Brexit.

As a follow up to our October 2018 no-deal Brexit report, this update gives a flavour of some of the new technical notices on a no-deal Brexit the UK government has issued that will be of interest in a commercial context.For more information on any aspects of this update, please do get in touch.
