Regulators publish CMC complaint guidance: The MoJ, FCA, FOS and Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) have published a guide on how consumers' complaints about financial services companies should be handled when they use a claims management company (CMC). For firms, it explains how regulated firms should deal with complaints that come through CMCs and how they should address general requests for information and standard template letters.
