The FCA has published the May edition of Regulation round-up. The hot topics this month are the pilot of the new FCA firms section on its webpage and Alternative Dispute Resolution. In respect of the latter, the FCA has confirmed that the changes to the Dispute Resolution: Complaints sourcebook (DISP) will come into effect on 9 July 2015 and will affect firms across financial services sectors. In its consultation at the end of last year, the FCA had indicated that it would require firms to comply with the rule changes by mid-May, however this has now been pushed back to 9 July 2015 which coincides with the deadline for Member States to implement the ADR Directive.
