FATF plenary updates lists and issues reports: At FATF's latest plenary meeting, it identified Bangladesh, Ghana, Honduras, Philippines, Tanzania, Venezuela and Vietnam as new jurisdictions which pose a risk to the international financial system. It remains concerned about 24 other jurisdictions which promised improvements and have made some, but not enough, progress. It is, however, pleased with the progress made by Qatar and Azerbaijan. Iran and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea remain the major concerns
