FSA has banned two sole trader mortgage brokers who misled it in various ways. One individual filed false and unverified information on the firm's regulatory reports and the other removed documents from files before sending them to FSA. Both brokers also failed to comply with regulatory standards in their work. FSA did not find any evidence of customer harm, but believes the individuals lack competence and integrity. So it banned them both from performing any regulated function.
