The Decree n°2013-222 dated March 15th, 2013 provides conditions for applying the Generation Contract ("Contrat de génération") and defines the control procedures of collective bargaining agreements and actions plans as well as the penalty procedure concerning the companies with more than 300 employees.

For companies employing less than 300 employees, the Decree provides modalities concerning allocation, payment and interruption of the financial support for the hiring of a young person with an indefinite term contract and the retention or the hiring of a mature employee.
