On 10 July 2014, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK published its first annual report covering its first year in operation.  In 2013, the Financial Services Authority in the UK was separated into the FCA and the Prudential Regulation Authority. The report highlights what the FCA considers to be some of its key achievements since it was established in April 2013.  The report includes a number of appendices addressing the following topics: skilled persons' reports; enforcement activity; and diversity. On the same date, the FCA also published its first anti-money laundering report and a report on the fairness and effectiveness of the FCA's enforcement function.
